This policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used by the Atelier Robert website (Corso Regina Margherita 98/3, 18014 Ospedaletti (IM), Italy — "Controller"), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the ePrivacy Directive, and the cookie guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante, 9 July 2021).
Cookies are small text files that visited websites send to the user's device, where they are stored to be sent back to the same site on a later visit. They can be technical cookies (necessary for the site to work, or required to provide a service the user explicitly requested), or profiling/statistics cookies, which require the user's prior consent.

The heart icon you can click on gallery images uses the site's technical session to remember which pieces you liked, so it can show the correct state and update the count. It does not require consent, as it is strictly necessary to provide the interactive service you explicitly requested by clicking (Art. 122 Italian Privacy Code; Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive), and does not involve profiling: only the list of liked items in your current session is stored.
The site's typefaces are hosted on our own servers: no data is sent to Google Fonts. The only third-party service is Google Maps (see table above), loaded only with consent or explicit interaction.
As a data subject, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, and object (Arts. 15-22 GDPR), as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before withdrawal, and to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
